Responsibilities
  1. System Configuration:
    • Assist in the configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central modules, including employee data management, organizational structure, workflows, and reporting.
    • Support customization and enhancement of the system based on client requirements.
  2. Requirement Gathering:
    • Collaborate with clients and senior consultants to gather and document business requirements.
    • Understand client processes and translate them into system configurations.
  3. Testing and Support:
    • Assist in preparing test cases and conducting system testing to ensure configurations meet business needs.
    • Provide support during user acceptance testing and resolve any issues identified.
  4. Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
    • Support the creation of training materials and deliver user training sessions.
  5. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
    • Help identify and troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with the support team to resolve them.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system.
