SAP HCM Consultant Fresher

SAP HCM Configuration:

Assist in configuring SAP HCM modules such as:

• Organizational Management (OM)
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Payroll (PY) – India
• Support master data maintenance and ensure system integrity.
• Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and system upgrades.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Resolve end-user queries and issues related to SAP HCM functionalities.
• Provide support for ongoing SAP HCM operations.

Testing & Documentation:

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Create and maintain configuration documents, user manuals, and training materials.

Business Process Consulting:

• Understand client business processes and provide SAP-based solutions.
• Assist in process mapping and requirement gathering for new SAP HCM functionalities.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Generate SAP HCM standard and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Work on SAP HR reporting tools like Ad-Hoc Query, SAP Query, and standard infotypes.
